Thicket Close Bathroom Renovation

At Thicket Close, the bathroom renovation included a 1200x900 Atlantis shower with a double alcove, a double-bowl wall-hung vanity, and a dark oak recessed cabinet. The freestanding bath was positioned to avoid the lower window sill. Tiles were consistent throughout, extending to the ceiling on the left wall and shower edge, with black fittings and trim completing the design.

Features of note

Shower an Atlantis 1200x900 with a specialised tile over shower base.
Double alcove in the shower with the higher one as large as possible
The new double bowl wall hung vanity and the recessed cabinet, both have the dark oak finish and provide a strong anchor point to the bathroom in contrast to the lighted tile choice and rimu window and door trim.
Fully freestanding bath which negates the lower window sill height that threatened to have a negative impact on the floor layout.
The tile choice was constant throughout, with the same tile on the floor and the walls. The left hand wall was tiled to the ceiling along with the long edge of the shower. All the other walls were tiled to 1.2m
The fittings have a black finish which is complemented by the black tile trim.

Bannister Place Bathroom Renovation

In this renovation project, we completely transformed the bathroom at Bannister Place as part of a large extension to create a well-proportioned family bathroom. The entire space was meticulously crafted in an original section of the house, addressing the out-of-square framing and relocating all plumbing and sewer pipe work to the new bathroom location.

Holly Road Bathroom Renovation

At Holly Road, we renovated the bathroom by installing a spa bath, removing an alcove to open the space, and relocating the bath under the window. We updated the vanity to a wall-mounted version, added new LED lighting, and installed a slimline heated towel rail. The main challenge was relocating the toilet and reinforcing the floor joist.

Yardley Street Bathroom Renovation

At Yardley Street, we completed a full bathroom renovation, retaining the major fixtures but adding a large tiled walk-in shower. To accommodate this, we lowered the existing floor for proper drainage, cutting out the concrete slab and conducting engineering checks to ensure structural integrity. We replaced the framed drop-in bath with a back-to-corner bath to maximize space.
