This compact bathroom was transformed from a tired, timber-trimmed space into a clean, modern sanctuary featuring rich tile textures and minimalist finishes.
At Tilford Road, the bathroom renovation transformed the space with a sleek, modern design. The update includes a standalone bath tub and makes effective use of space.
At Thicket Close, the bathroom renovation included a 1200x900 Atlantis shower with a double alcove, a double-bowl wall-hung vanity, and a dark oak recessed cabinet. The freestanding bath was positioned to avoid the lower window sill. Tiles were consistent throughout, extending to the ceiling on the left wall and shower edge, with black fittings and trim completing the design.
At Konini Street, we replaced the rotted floor and added a new pile due to severe rot and borer issues. This bathroom renovation features a striking contrast between darker paint, white tiles, and a wood grain vanity.
At Hay Street, we faced a challenging bathroom renovation due to extensive DIY issues and code violations. After uncovering hidden damage and structural problems, including water and borer damage and poorly done repairs, we replaced damaged materials and rebuilt the uneven walls. With the structural work complete, we then focused on achieving the homeowner's vision.
At Galway Street, we refreshed the bathroom with a new shower-over-bath, updated tiling, and a wall-hung vanity. Additional upgrades included a heated towel rail, a recessed mirrored cabinet, new LED downlights, and a ceiling fan.
At Flower Street, we renovated the bathroom as part of a larger home overhaul. The updated layout includes a stand-alone bath, a stylish vanity, a tiled level-entry shower, and a back-to-wall toilet suite. We converted the doorway to an internal cavity slider using the original Rimu door and replaced damaged wall and floor framing along with corroded pipework to enhance water flow.
As part of a larger renovation project at Coldsteam Court, we updated the bathroom and added a new ensuite seamlessly into the updated home design.
In this renovation project on Canon Street, we upgraded two bathrooms and a separate toilet, combining modern finishes such as acrylic showers, tiled walls, and laminate flooring. Highlights of the renovation include a Profile 5 toilet that cleverly integrates a sink into the cistern and a back-to-corner bath that serves as a shower over the bath.
In this renovation project, we completely transformed the bathroom by reimagining the layout to accommodate a stand-alone bath, a stylish vanity, a tiled level-entry shower, and a back-to-wall toilet suite.
In this renovation project, we completely transformed the bathroom at Bannister Place as part of a large extension to create a well-proportioned family bathroom. The entire space was meticulously crafted in an original section of the house, addressing the out-of-square framing and relocating all plumbing and sewer pipe work to the new bathroom location.
At Holly Road, we renovated the bathroom by installing a spa bath, removing an alcove to open the space, and relocating the bath under the window. We updated the vanity to a wall-mounted version, added new LED lighting, and installed a slimline heated towel rail. The main challenge was relocating the toilet and reinforcing the floor joist.
