While builders are more than capable of running projects the difficulty with bathrooms lie in the fact that each trade plays a small role in the overall project but each one is critical both in function and time. If a trade isn’t accurately lined up or goes over on the allocated time it will have a detrimental effect down the timeline. This can mean time and cost blow outs which no one wants.
