Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Butterfield Bathrooms Ltd.

2. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms & Conditions is invalid.

3. Multiple entries per person are allowed. Entries must be received during the competition period.

4. Entries must not be obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law.

5. This competition is open to 18+ year old Christchurch residents only.

6. Entries will not be accepted from directors or employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter.

7. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw, then that winner may be disqualified and a replacement winner drawn.

8. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to redeem the prize.

9. The winner will be responsible for any costs associated with accepting the prize that are beyond the scope of the prize, such as any work required to repair any existing damage (rot, etc.) or to bring up to the current code.

10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any and all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the competition or prize.

11. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

13. To redeem the prize, the winner must engage with Butterfield Bathrooms to replace their existing shower before 31/12/2022

14. The prize is either a 900 x 900 or 1000 x 1000 two sided Enya Shower from Harrison Bloy, Greens shower slide and mixer and installation by Butterfield Bathrooms (Total prize value of $ 6,000)

15. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the competition and publicise the winner. The personal information of the winner may be provided to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given above to request access to, or correction of, any of their personal information that is collected and held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

16. Butterfield Bathrooms may change, extend, amend or cancel the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
