Your initial contact begins with completing a contact form or by calling us directly on 027 351 1608. Our first step will be to arrange for our bathroom design consultant to visit you so that we can review your current bathroom and discuss your ideas for your renovation in person.
During this visit we will inspect your existing bathroom and draw up a full floor plan. We will also take comprehensive notes, including the relevant plumbing, drainage, electrical, heating and ventilation details.
Once the site visit is complete, we use the gathered information, along with your specific ideas, to generate the best bathroom solution for you and your requirements. Using this as the basis, we will then draw up a quote. At this stage we will include fixtures and fittings that we feel will suit your budget and style. We are very flexible in what we can offer, and can tailor our package to suit your budget or needs.
If you are happy with the base structure of the quotation and the proposed floor plan, it is time to finalise your fixtures, fittings and finishes.
You might be happy with the items we have selected or your might like to select your own, or at least have a look around. We have partnerships with a number of bathroom showrooms and can arrange an appointment for you to meet a specialist sales consultant who can take you through the finer details of the fittings and fixtures selection. Once you have made your selection, the consultant will provide us with the details directly, leaving you nothing to worry about.
A this stage we will also discuss the project timeline with you and schedule the best time for us to start your bathroom renovation.
This is where things really happen, with our in-house project management and bathroom installation team kicking into gear.
We have a pre-start meeting between you, the bathroom consultant and the project manager to go through the specifics of the project installation and what you can expect while we are onsite.
The bathroom consultant who you meet with initially, will then stay in contact with you over the course of the installation and will be your first point of contact for all queries and questions.
Through proper communication and project management, we will make this stage as straight forward and transparent as possible.
Our service does not finish once the renovation is complete.
We will follow up with you to ensure that everything in your bathroom is to your satisfaction and that there are no ongoing issues.

The category you’ll fall into will depend on a number of factors including your budget, the amount of space you have available and the end look you are after (fittings, fixtures and finishes etc.).
